Welcome to Flower Essence NZ

We are a small team of Homeopathic health practitioners who are passionate about developing and extending the use of flower essences within our wider community and public health system. We provide flower essence consultations from our clinic Well & Truly in Herne Bay Auckland.

We choose to use The Flower Essence Society or FES flower essences from North America and the English/Bach flower essences.

Both these ranges of flower essences have been used for decades and over these years clinical trials, research and case studies have been carried out by hundreds of health professionals all over the globe to verify the efficacy of each individual essence. For this reason we believe that these essences are the most clinically and scientifically proven, trialled and effective flower essences available to the public today.

Ideally we recommend selecting specific flower essences to target personal issues, difficult emotions and stresses. However we realise that flower essences are new to many people, and ready made blends can be appealing as a way to initally experience the powerful effects of flower essences. The well&truly range of flower essence blends are a small range that combines both the FES and English essences to target some of the simple yet challenging and stressful times we all may face from day to day.

Flower essences are:-

  • Safe and easy to use, for the whole family, from infants to the elderly, providing a supportive system of emotional healing that can be used alone or alongside other therapies and medications.
  • Effective for simple yet troubling situations and also for deep emotional issues and problems.
    • How do flower essences help?

    • They enable us to be more objective and self aware
    • By using flower essences we find strength and support from within and are better able to cope with the difficulties and stresses that arise in life
    • Flower essence therapy is a simple and effective system of emotional self healing
    • Selecting essences for specific situations can be achieved by:-

      • Consulting a flower essence practitioner/therapist
      • Reading about various essences and selecting the ones that seem most appropriate for you.
      • If you are new to flower essences, a ready made blend may be available to suit your situation

Generally they are taken orally, a dose being 3-4 drops, however some prefer to apply drops to the inner wrist or smooth into the temple area. (This is popular with small children and infants)

If your enjoyment of life is compromised because of stress, trauma, or life’s challenges, try some flower essences, you will be very impressed with the results.

      1. Hello,
I am just discovering the world of flower essences and am so strongly drawn to them that I am looking into visiting gardens where flower essences are made and possibly working as a volunteer for a while in January 2012. I have always wanted to travel to New Zealand as well, and I was hoping you could point me in the direction of such a garden or gardens? Any help you can give is extremely appreciated!
